Same day service at the end of the day at that. Arrived on time and was very knowledgeable and informative. Everything was fixed and cooling the house within an hour. You gained a new customer.
Excellent experience. The office staff were very help in scheduling an appointment. Nolan came out to install a new thermostat and to check and clean the system. I will keep my annual service contract with Parker Services and highly recommend them.
