My 70-year-old house had a "smell" in the air. Many years of a tenant using perfume and other cooking odors had accumulated in the AC ducts and rather than replace the 31-year-old unit that is still working well, the service man (Tyler) suggested an electronic filter. He gave me two choices that were spelled out in simple but clear terms for efficiency and cost. I was familiar with the product, knew it worked and had it installed immediately. Feedback from my tenant is that the air quality is improving day by day. They could have sold me on cleaning the ductwork but they did not. I appreciated their promptness, honesty, and great service. Highly recommend!
On Sunday May 2nd, our A/C decided it needed a rest and stopped. I called the Company that we had a Maintenance Contract with and was informed that someone would be in touch shortly. This company had serviced our unit approximately three weeks back and all was well.
Well Monday morning we were still waiting to be contacted all to no avail. I contacted Parker Services and was told that someone would come see what the problem was. I told them that it was not an emergency but would prefer not to spend another night without A/C. I was told that they would do everything possible to see that this did not happen.
Monday evening a Parker Services Van arrived and we were back enjoying cool air in a very short while.

My wife and I would like to recommend Parker Services if you're in the market for a heating and air-conditioning company. We have been very happy with Parker and its employees. The employees are polite, courteous, and informative. They always clean up after the work is done. The company provides costs estimates in advance and answers any questions before completing the work. We appreciate the service the company provides us.
