Matthew came out and was super friendly and responsive showing that I had some mold in my AC. He pointed out the issue of me having some mold and a capacitor that was overloaded, found a filter I didn't know we had and fixed it all up in no time. I highly recommend them to others. Thanks for the great service.
Called Ricky and he was out same day. I thought I was going to need a whole new AC system. Ricky was thorough and fixed my issue without replacing the whole unit. I highly recommend these guys they will treat you well.
I called Parker services to fix an issue with my A/C when another company told me they would be out in 3 days. They came out in about 3 hours. They are amazing and the customer services is next level!!

Rick was amazing! My store was well over 90 degrees when he answered an emergency call. He grabbed a technician and personally went out to take care of the situation. He stayed until after 7 pm to make sure the problem was solved. I can't say enough good things about the quality of service!
Would highly recommend this company was very professional checked ac unit explained the situation did what I asked,requested a quote on a new unit,had a quote the same day,was very prompt and answered any questions I had and explained things to where everything was clear.
