Serviceman listened to description of what was happening and tried vaccuming/suctioning the drain pipe and showed me the alge build-up and then added something to help break up alge and flushed with water. He also added a t-joint inside that I can add a small amount of bleach to aid in regular preventative maintenance.
He was on time, he explained everything which I appreciated, and I was happy with the results.

We had several AC companies look at our system that was not balanced - we had some rooms that were very, very cold while other rooms were too hot. We received a number of quotes for spraying something in the duct work to seal leaks. It seemed expensive and they were not willing to guarantee it would solve our problem.
Then Parker Services came in. they did a careful study of the duct work in our office and recommended that it needed to be reconfigured to work correctly. We had them do the work at a cost less than others had quoted us for just spraying stuff in the duct work.
There modifications were successful. Now when we close to door to our conference room, it does not get colder than a refrigerator, and the complaints from the hot offices have stopped.
